Indianapolis – August 5, 2015.  As Gov. Mike Pence rushed at the last minute to shorten the ISTEP months ago, we now know there are scoring glitches in the system that were not updated to grade new questions.  The earliest the results will be available is January 2016 at the earliest…which in “government speak” means March and April.  The President of state vendor McGraw Hill is at a loss of words perhaps they themselves need to take the english portion of the test.  More alleged coverups by Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker.  More last minute economic develop “missions” to New York, New Jersey and Connecticut  scheduled so Gov. Mike Pence can appear as if he is working.
