Circle City Classic returns to Indy for weekend of music and football

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (Sept. 24, 2015) – Circle City Classic returns to Indianapolis for its 32nd edition, apart of the Indiana Black Expo.

This year’s matchup features the Central State University Marauders and the Kentucky State Thorobreds. The game kicks off Saturday at 3 p.m. at Lucas Oil Stadium. Click here to buy tickets for the game.

Before kickoff, don’t miss the annual Circle City Classic Parade featuring grand marshal Yazz the Greatest, who plays Hakeem Lyon on the hit FOX show “Empire.” He’ll also perform at halftime.

Start your day with the Circle City Classic parade, which is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday.

Once the game ends, Jeezy, Rico Love and Silento will perform for fans.

Circle City Classic has raised money for historically black colleges and universities since 1984, bringing in more than $3.4 million for its scholarship fund.
