BREAKING: Warsaw Mayor Uses Police to Confiscate Critics Phone

INDIANA TALKS EXCLUSIVE: Warsaw Indiana Businessman Chad Zartman had his two personal cell phones taken away by the police after they served him a warrant issued by a judge to take them. Mr. Zartman claims Warsaw Mayor Joe Thallemer ordered this done due to their political feud. The Police took his two phones after a Warsaw City Council Meeting on March 28, 2019. Mr. Zartman is a activist who uses the two phones to live stream City Council Meetings for a Facebook Page called Warsaw Community.
