Indiana Democratic Party 10-17-20 Weekly Radio Address

Chairman John Zody and the Indiana Democratic Party 10-17-20 Weekly Radio Address:

And as far as WHO to vote for: the choices in this election are clear. Democrats are on the right side of healthcare, on equal rights, economic growth and education, while Republicans relentlessly try to take away care from Hoosiers, drop the ball on equal rights, stagger wage growth and send your public tax dollars to schools that lack accountability and transparency

TRANSCRIPT:

This is Chairman John Zody, bringing you the weekly message for the Indiana Democratic Party.

We’re just 17 days away from the November 3 election, and early voting is well underway across the state.  In all 92 counties, Hoosiers are going to voting sites to cast their ballot or are voting by mail by requesting their ballot first.

Don’t forget – the deadline to request that ballot is October 22, and you can do that by midnight online at indianavoters.com. But don’t wait until then – you’ll need time to get your ballot, complete it, and either get it back in the mail to be received by your County Clerk by Noon on election day, or you’ll need to drop it off at your polling location by noon on election day.

If you’re still deciding how to vote, we encourage you to make a plan to do so. Voting early in person? Check to see what wait times are at your local election office and figure out what works best on your schedule. Voting by mail? Give yourself time to get your ballot in the mail, complete it, and then figure out what works best for you to return it to be sure your vote is counted.

Voting on Election Day? Pick a time on your schedule that works best for you and your loved ones, and that fits with any work or school drop-off/pick-up schedules.

And as far as WHO to vote for: the choices in this election are clear. Democrats are on the right side of healthcare, on equal rights, economic growth and education, while Republicans relentlessly try to take away care from Hoosiers, drop the ball on equal rights, stagger wage growth and send your public tax dollars to schools that lack accountability and transparency.
